Your team and your account

Your host account is the account that owns your boards and the Stripe account businesses pay into. This page covers who can use it, how signing in works, what is recorded, and how to leave.

Can I add staff or a co-owner to my host account?

Not today. A host account has one member: its Owner, the person who created it. The product is built around five roles, and every action in it is checked against the role of whoever takes it, but there is no page yet for adding members.

Please do not share your password instead. Everything done through your account is treated as done by you, until you tell us it has been compromised.

What are the five roles?

They are built into the product, and each one is a set of things a person may do:

RoleWhat the role may do
OwnerEverything, including the Stripe account, the payments list and refunds
AdminCreate boards, change their settings and the host profile, keep the blocked websites list, review listings, see revenue and figures
Billboard ManagerChange board settings, review listings, see figures but not revenue
ModeratorReview listings
AnalystSee revenue and figures

Today every host account has only the Owner.

What can only the Owner do?

Connect or change the Stripe account businesses pay into, see the "Payments and refunds" page, and refund a payment from it. Notices about your account, such as a change to the Host Terms, go to the Owner's email address.

How do I sign in?

With your email address and password, at hosts.onthelist.live. Your boards, your review queue, your payments and your payouts are all there. Your public board stays at onthelist.live/your-board.

I have forgotten my password. What do I do?

On the sign-in page, choose "Forgotten your password?" and enter your email address. We send a link that lets you choose a new password; it works once and expires in an hour. If the link has stopped working, ask for a new one from the sign-in page.

Can I turn on two-factor authentication?

Not on a host account today; two-factor sign-in is used on our own staff's accounts. Use a password you do not use anywhere else.

How many devices can I be signed in on?

Up to ten at once. Signing in on an eleventh signs out the session that started first.

Is what we change recorded?

Yes. When a person changes a board's settings, description, logo, featured entries or blocked websites, our audit log records who made the change, what it was before and after, and when. Every decision on a listing (approve, reject, suspend, reinstate or remove) is recorded with who took it and when, and you can add a reason when you take it.

Can I change the Owner or the account's email address?

There is no page for either today. Write to us at hi@moretime.ai from the Owner's address.

What happens if I disconnect Stripe?

You can disconnect OnTheList.Live from your Stripe Dashboard at any time. From then on no board of yours can take a payment, but money already in your Stripe balance stays yours, and spots already paid for keep showing until their cycle ends. A refund owed on an earlier payment is still yours to fund: once disconnected we can no longer make it on your account, so we ask you to make it from your Stripe Dashboard and return our fee on it ourselves. If you mean to close your account, ask us before you disconnect.

How do I close my host account?

Write to us at hi@moretime.ai; there is no self-service deletion. An account cannot be closed while businesses' paid spots are still running on a live cycle, because that would take away what they paid for. On a board that starts over, stop taking new bids and let the cycle end. A board that never starts over has no end, so closing it means we suspend it and refund every payment behind it, everything but the card processing, at your cost.

After that we disable the account and, if you ask, replace your personal details with a placeholder. The Round Archive, our payment records and the audit log are kept, because they record money that moved and what people changed. The Host Terms and the Privacy Policy set out the details.
