How to reach a person
Write to hi@moretime.ai. A person reads every message. It is the one mailbox for sponsors, hosts, visitors, rights holders and security researchers; put the case from the list below in the subject line. You may send us any notice by email to hi@moretime.ai; a notice the law requires to be served in writing goes to the postal address in the header.
Emails the platform sends come from an address nobody reads. Do not reply to them; write to the mailbox instead.
Sponsors: you do not need an account
You can sponsor a listing without creating an account first: the checkout asks for an email address that can receive mail, and nothing else about you before it sends you to Stripe to pay. Typing an address proves nothing about the mailbox; opening a link we mailed to it is the only proof we ever ask for, and without that link you cannot manage the listing. You manage it by magic link: a link that expires after 24 hours, sent only to the address that holds the listing. Every payment receipt, every outbid alert and the "listing approved" notice carries a fresh one. It opens your listing's manage page, where — until the listing's round ends or it is rejected or removed — you can change your listing's business name, the line it shows and its tags (a board that never resets offers only the action tag), and raise your bid, ticking or unticking outbid alerts as part of a raise. Going on to pay for a raise uses the link up, even if you do not finish paying; saving your business name, line and tags does not, so you can save them more than once and still raise with the same link while it lasts. Anyone you forward the email to can do the same until it expires, so do not forward it.
If your link has expired or been used, open it anyway: the page says it will not open and offers to email a new one. Type the address that holds the listing. The page answers the same way whether or not the address matches, and a link is mailed only when it does. Asking again cancels the link just sent, so ask once and check your inbox. The board offers the same form when you submit a destination that is already listed. At most five requests per hour per address are accepted.
If you have a sponsor account, sponsor.onthelist.live lists every listing you hold; opened from there, the manage page also lets you edit what a listing shows, your icon included. A raise still uses the link from your most recent email about that listing.
If you no longer have access to the email address you paid with, write with the board, the amount and date of the charge, and the address you used. We will verify what we can and tell you what is possible. The address on a listing is what identifies its owner, and support cannot simply move a listing to a different address.
"My listing isn't showing"
Your listing's manage page shows its rank, says it is not on the board yet, or — once refunds have brought its total to $0 — says "Off the board — its bids were refunded". If you hold a sponsor account, sponsor.onthelist.live names each listing's status in these words:
- Pending review — the board holds new listings until the host approves them (pre-approval). Your card is held, not charged, while it waits; the host's approval charges it. If the host declines it, the round ends before the host reviews it, you cancel it, the host or the platform releases it (a suspended board's, for one) or the hold lapses (about seven days after you checked out), the hold is released and nothing is charged. Cancel from the email we sent when the hold was placed, or from your listing's page.
- Suspended — taken off the board, reversibly, by a moderator or by a card dispute on your own payment. It can be reinstated.
- Removed or Rejected — kept off or taken off the board permanently. Whether money comes back depends on why: Refund Policy rows 2, 3 and 4.
- Refunded — off the board — refunds brought your listing's total to $0 (Refund Policy, rows 8 and 9), so it is no longer shown or ranked. Its destination is open again to whoever pays for it first.
- Round ended — the round your listing was in has ended and its results are settled. The result is in the board's Round Archive and does not change.
- Carried forward at $0 — on a board that resets, your listing was carried into the new round as a courtesy, with no money on it. You have no claim on it: it is shown below every paid placement until somebody — you or another sponsor — pays the board's minimum bid for that destination, until the host removes it, or until the round ends.
If your listing is Active but its title or image is missing, the platform is still fetching them from your destination, or the destination did not answer and a placeholder is shown — or your listing carries your own icon and line, so its title, description and image are not shown and, without a business name, it shows its address.
Refunds
There is no refund button, and the platform issues most refunds without being asked. Read the Refund Policy first: its nine numbered cases say whether money comes back, who returns it and who acts. Being outbid is not one of them.
To ask about a refund, write with: the email address you paid with, the board, the amount and date of the charge (your card statement shows the host's name and the board's short name), and what happened. You need not name the row you believe applies: say what happened and we find the row, and a refund you are owed does not depend on your naming it. Receipts carry no reference number; the address you paid with is what we look up.
Hosts
- Payouts and your Stripe account. Every bid is paid into your own Stripe account; the platform never holds it. Payout timing, bank details and statements are Stripe's: see
hosts.onthelist.live/payoutsfor your account's status and the Stripe Dashboard for the money itself. - Disputes. Stripe debits your account when a cardholder disputes a charge — not for an inquiry (a card issuer's request for information first), which debits nothing unless it becomes a chargeback. The platform submits evidence to Stripe for you, automatically, from its own records: once when an inquiry or a dispute opens, and once more if an inquiry becomes a chargeback (Stripe may refuse that second submission). The Refund Policy's "Disputes" section says what it contains.
- Moderation. Your board's review queue is at
hosts.onthelist.live/moderation. A held listing you reject is never charged — its card hold is released; one whose payment was already taken is refunded under row 3. - Anything else about your account or the Host Terms: the mailbox.
Reporting a listing
Every board's footer carries Report a listing. Choose the listing from the board's current set, pick a reason (misleading, prohibited content, malware or phishing, impersonation, or other), and add details. Your email address is optional. A report is recorded and queued for a person to review; it never takes a listing down by itself, and the form answers the same way whether or not the listing you named exists. We do not reply to every report, so you may not hear back.
Copyright and trademark complaints are not filed through that form. Use the IP Complaint Process for trademark and other rights; it says what a complete notice contains and where to send it. Send a copyright notice to the designated agent named in the DMCA Process, which says what the notice must contain.
Security
If you have found a security problem, write with Security in the subject and enough detail to reproduce it. Give us reasonable time to fix it before publishing, and do not access, change or keep anyone else's data.
Privacy requests
The Privacy Policy says what the platform holds about you, for how long, and how to ask for it back. There is no self-service button for access or erasure: write to the mailbox with Privacy in the subject and the email address the request concerns. Someone authorised to act for you may write instead, with written authority we may check against the address on the record. If you disagree with our answer, write again with Appeal in the subject; the founder reads it. Erasure on this platform means your personal details are replaced with a pseudonym wherever a record can be changed; the money record itself is kept, and a settled listing's name and destination in the Round Archive cannot be altered, as that policy explains.
Unsubscribing
Outbid alerts are optional. Every outbid alert carries an unsubscribe link, a one-click unsubscribe header for your mail app, and our name and postal address. The link opens a page that asks before it acts; nothing changes until you confirm, and the same page lets you turn alerts back on. Payment receipts, refund notices and moderation notices are service messages about money you paid or a listing you hold, and carry no unsubscribe link.
Response targets
We aim to answer anything that affects a payment — a refund, a dispute, a charge you do not recognise — within 1 business day, and everything else within 2 business days. These are targets, not promises. Reports about listings are handled under the Acceptable Use Policy and the Prohibited Content Policy.
